Our Vision:

We are a non-profit Christian organization which exists to give glory to God by means of the holistic, integrated ministry modeled by His Son Jesus Christ, a mission primarily characterized by service and love, first towards God and then towards our neighbor, those who live nearby, and those who live in other lands, particularly the poor, the oppressed, and those who have not yet heard the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Our Mission:

A Christian worldview, holistic and interdenominational, is the foundation for all of our ministries:

- The formation of Hondurans trained in cross-cultural ministry to the unreached peoples of the world.

- A formal kindergarten and primary education for children, with an emphasis on Biblical principles and a Christian worldview.

- Daytime care and discipleship of small children and babies in our daycare.

- The care and discipleship of children and young people in our residential home.

- The provision of university scholarships for young people from Colonia Flor del Campo who share our vision.

- The provision of food, through our food bank, for the destitute of our neighborhood.

- A community ministry which focuses on the families of Colonia flor del Campo, including microbusinesses, counseling, Christian meetings, and workshops on personal and family issues.

- Educational programs for people in our neighborhood who have not had the opportunity to receive a formal education.

- Sports programs for the neighborhood children, primarily as a preventive measure, so that they will have alternatives when confronted with the widespread delinquency that surrounds us.

- Friendships with churches, individuals and organizations in Honduras and in other countries who lend physical, economic and spiritual support, and who also receive from us an introduction to integrated Christian ministry based on a personal and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ our Lord.

"We can no longer afford to include beans in our semi weekly food bags." Roseangel, Director of LAMB Community Assistance Program (CAP)

Yes! I want to put beans back in the bag:

It is not enough to do good works while camouflaging the motivating force of the gospel behind the works.

It is not the work that changes the world.

It is the gospel.

That is the paradox.

Christians...trying to save the lost, comfort the suffering, cure the ill, clothe the naked, and bring joy to the despairing will not make a significant and lasting impact unless they do so openly and without apology as Christians.  The witness must accompany the work or the work will not endure.

And the world is hungry for the witness.
